U.S. Customer Rewards - ACN Digital Phone Service

Rewards Program Requirements:

  • New ACN customers who sign up for Digital Phone Service between February 1, 2012 and May 31, 2012
  • One Visa® Reward Card per customer, per address. Fill out the form to enroll online by providing your customer information and order details.
  • Customer has 45 days to redeem rewards and will not receive reward card until service has been activated and remains in good standing for 6 months. Customer will receive Visa® Reward Card up to 3 weeks after 6-month period.
  • Other customer reward programs may also be available. Customer must follow separate redemption instructions for other reward programs.
  • Family Plan lines are not eligible.

Cards are issued by Citibank, N.A. pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. and managed by Citi Prepaid Services. Cards will not have cash access and can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted.
